TIMELINE

The following indicates the average timeframes you can expect for a remodeling project in your home.  These timeframes can vary greatly depending on the size and scope of your project, as well as many other key components that can play into them.  During the course of these stages, there are also several integral workings going on “behind the scenes”, such as pulling permits, getting variances when needed, and ordering the materials for your project.

We do our best to create a structure and process that allows you to still live life in your home – in the middle of a difficult disruption.

UPDATE: Due to the current volatility in the construction industry we are experiencing delays in some materials, finish products and appliances which could affect these timeframes on an individual project basis.
